Cheese isn’t just delicious, it’s an art. Join Joe at The Gray Barn in Chilmark (on Martha’s Vineyard) to learn about the process of cheese making from udder to table. You will see cows being milked and hear about what it takes to turn that milk into cheese. Taste your way through a selection of all of The Grey Barn’s exquisite cheeses.
