JazzFest Falmouth - JazzFest Falmouth is part of a Cape-wide weekend-long celebration of the arts sponsored by the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod and Cape Cod View MagazineFall for the Arts. There will be other events in Falmouth, Hyannis and Dennis.

JazzFest Falmouth is a weekend celebration of jazz in Falmouth, on Cape Cod, featuring The Dizzy Gillespie Alumni All-Stars, Esperanza Spaulding, The Black Eagle Jazz Band, Pat Ryan and several other national, regional and local groups.

When: Friday, October 3rd from 8 PM to Midnight
The Main Event Concert: Saturday, October 4th from Noon to 10 PM.

Where: Friday night on Main Street Falmouth, MA and The Concert: Saturday outdoors in Marina Park overlooking beautiful Falmouth Harbor.

Band Concerts

Free outdoor concerts are held each Thursday night at 8 p.m. July & August at the Harbor Band Shell, Marina Park, Scranton Ave., and each Friday night at the Margaret E. Noonan Park on Main Street at from 6 - 7:30 p.m.

Beaches

Falmouth has over 68 miles of coastline with an average summer water temperature of 70 degrees (the warmest on the Cape). We have over 12 miles of public beaches for you to enjoy.

There is a fee for parking.

Stickers can be purchased at Surf Drive Beach.

Freshwater fishing licenses are required and can be purchased at local tackle shops.

               Non-residents: $37.50 per year or $23.50 for a 3 day license

Spohr Gardens 7 acres. A once private garden now open to the public on Oyster Pond. Open all year round during daylight hours. Many identified specimen trees, flowers all season long but particularly outstanding in the spring for the daffodil display.
